Working with my camera allows me to know people in a deeper way and I absolutely love this aspect of photography. Also, sometimes I discover that I really like the person who is posing in front of me, as shown in the photos below! I have known Thule over a lifetime: she is just one year younger than I am and we went to the same high school in Parma. This portrait session was a mutual occasion to get to know each other better and I have the feeling it created a much deeper bond in our friendship.

Thule is exactly how you see her: she is a steadfast and loyal person, and also an elegant woman (an hardcore adept in fashion & jewelry!!) with a truthful soul. She is honest, down-to-earth and reliable.

The whole shooting experience was successful beginning with the location’s choice (well played, Thule!!) the beautiful Reggia di Colorno, to the weather and the light (we picked a warmish September’s afternoon with a powerful light) and most of all we got along well, identifying a proper theme for this shoot: “classic elegance”.
